I just wanted to let you know of the wonderful experience I had with your staff Ms Nick.
I booked a Halong Paradise Cruise through your website and Tra was very helpful and thorough as we communicated through email.
Most importantly even when we arrived at Hanoi 2 days earlier than she anticipated she was able to organize our visas for us without a hitch.
Also since our flight doesn't depart Hanoi airport until 8pm that night, Tra was able to organize our driver to drop us off at Hanoi city and come back to pick us up again to go the airport. Which worked out great for us.
We never expected this level of service on this trip and was pleasantly surprised.

The cruise was perfect. I really loved my cabin (I just couldn't lock the door... maybe it was broken), the food, the service and the excursions (the fishing village and the surprise cave). Everybody was kind.

I had a visit from Peter after his holiday. Peter sounded more than happy about the VN trip. He was thrilled that you went out of your way to make his trip very enjoyable. I was sure he would be in good hands. I was just as exciting about VN as Peter was when he told me about his trip.
