Fansipan Trekking Tour

 Fansipan Camping 

( 4days / 5nights )

 

Day 1 : Hanoi -Laocai ( Overnight on the train ) 
8.30pm: Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Hanoi railway station for the night train to Laocai which departs at9:15pm. Overnight on the train in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin.

Day 2 : Laocai -Sapa ( 1600m ) - Camp 1 ( 2200m ) 
Depart Laocai by bus at around 8.30am. Have breakfast and start the trip to conquer the roof of Vietnam and Indochina: Fansipan peak. At about 9.30am, take the bus (17km) to TramTon Pass, the highest pass in Vietnam located at 2,100m above sea level. Visit the Silver waterfall en route. Enjoy the wonderful scenery and then begin the strenuous trek to the peak. After roughly 6 hours trekking through the primitive rain jungles, numerous small streams and bamboo forests, you will have climbed to about 2,200m, the point at which you pitch your tent, have dinner and spend your first night in the mountain.

Day 3 : Camp 1 to the Summet of Fansipan ( 3143m ) 
Breakfast at the camp and then head for the summit by way of pine and yellow bamboo forests. After an arduous 4-hour climb, you will finally conquer the roof of Vietnam and Indochina. Spend up to one hour enjoying breathtaking views of the splendid rolling mountains, the dotted small villages of Laichau province, and the picturesque town of Sapa. Have lunch and then descend to the same point for a second night in the mountain. Dinner at the campsite.

Day 3 : Camp 1 ( 2200m) to Sapa  
After breakfast, return to the foot of the mountain to visit SinChai village of the Black H"mong. Then take the bus back to Sapa (18 km). Have lunch and check into your hotel.

Day 5 : Sapa - Laocai - Hanoi ( Overnight on the train ) 
Free to explore Sapa town. In the afternoon, transfer to Laocai station where you board the night train to Hanoi. Overnight on the train in an air-conditioned soft sleeper cabin.
